At Eli's Heating & Air we promise to always provide you with transparency, honesty, and fairness when pricing your project or system. One of the number one things we hear from prospective customers on the phone is, "Do you really need to come out to give me a price," or "Can't you just give me a price over the phone." We believe in the importance and value of everyone's time but if you would truly like the most accurate, competitive number possible than we need to schedule a free estimate. That being said, we provide this public list of price ranges in order to give you an idea for your project and budget. We work hand in hand with two different financing companies to provide customers with great solutions to bad, unforeseen problems arising with their systems or budgets. Customers acknowledge that construction pricing by it's very nature is dependent upon the existing conditions within the home or structure to be built which is why a free estimate is the most accurate method available.

Full Installation
Here are some general price ranges for our Full Installation packages. These installations include new Equipment, Thermostat, Line sets, Drain lines, Ducting, T-wyes, Misc. items, and grills. The differences between the packages comes down to the warranty, efficiency, quality of material, cost of material, and accompanying maintenance package.
Gold Package

Maintenances
This is the most overlooked thing you can do as a home or business owner that will extend the life of your unit. We go to calls that complain of their 10+ year old neglected unit that is now malfunctioning. With a proper preventative maintenance program we can deal with issues as they arise instead of when they become apparent. The following prices are for residential homes with one unit. Maintenance Pricing is always dependent on the amount of units/ square footage of the building.

Enjoy Extended Peace of Mind with (6) Years of Annual Maintenance. Once a year we would come out to clean your unit and take readings. Based on the readings and inspection we can make maintenance recommendations to prevent future failure.

Mini Split Leak Repair
