Extended Service Hours and Rates
To better serve those customers in San Diego who require Emergency and Commercial service we now schedule service calls all the way up until 9pm! Our regular Office and Working Hours are from 7am-5pm. Any calls scheduled After 5pm will be subject to an Emergency service rate. At Eli's we use Housecall Pro Dispatching system to track our time and progress of the jobs. All service calls begin their time when our tech sends you the "I'm on my way" Notification. We do work all over different parts of San Diego, those 25+ Miles from the East County Area may be subject to an extended Range Fee. See List of Rates/Fees Below.
Service Fees
Regular Fees
This is our regular rate for our service calls and the extended trip fee if you are 25+ miles outside of the east county area. These rates are for calls scheduled 7am-5pm
Service Hourly Rate
$150.00 Per Hour
This is our regular rate for our service calls. Remember if your service call turns into an estimate we may be able to waive any fees.
Extended Range Trip Fee
$150.00 Flat Fee
This Fee may be applied to a service call or estimate depending on the client's location.
Extended Service Fees
This is our emergency rate for service calls and take note that the extended trip fee is increased after hours as well. These rates are for calls scheduled 5pm-9pm.
Emergency Hourly Rate
$275.00 an Hour
This is our Emergency rate for our service calls. Remember if your service call turns into an estimate we may be able to waive any fees.
Extended Range After Hours Trip Fee
$300.00 Flat Fee
This After Hours Fee may be applied to a service call or estimate depending on the client's location.
